1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 7wing platform — including the website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and promotional offers — you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

7wing reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility

To create an account and use the 7wing platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 7wing strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh or another jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or be identified as a problem gambler by any regulatory or support body.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user may hold only one (1) account on 7wing. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated funds may be forfeited. When registering, you agree to the following:

• You will keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• You will notify 7wing immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• You will complete KYC verification when requested, providing valid government-issued identification documents.
• You will not allow any other person, including minors, to access the platform via your account.

7wing reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these registration obligations without prior notice, and to withhold balances pending investigation.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

7wing supports fast, secure local payment methods for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and major debit/credit cards.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless an exception is approved by the 7wing support team.
• 7wing is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions, including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Failure to complete KYC may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of withdrawal privileges.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

7wing periodically offers promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback, and reload bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7wing and may result in account closure, fund forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Attempting to defraud 7wing or any of its users through any means, including chargebacks or false payment disputes.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the 7wing platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live casino, card, or sports betting markets.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on the 7wing platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7wing or its licensed content providers. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of any platform content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 7wing platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform or its content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7wing, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

7wing does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While we strive to maintain 99% uptime, scheduled maintenance windows and circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.

9. Responsible Gaming

7wing is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a suite of player-protection tools that are available to all registered users at no cost:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly spending caps directly in your account settings.
• Time-out periods — temporarily suspend your account for a cooling-off duration of 24 hours to 6 weeks.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
